機械手臂再配置工具頭時,經常使用線路連接的方式控制工具頭的功能,但這樣的設計方式會使小型工具設備再更換的時候產生麻煩
因此設計以應用IOT系統板建構一套用於機械手臂的系統的工具頭系統

利用ABB Robot的數位輸出接頭輸出訊號,將此訊號經由IOT系統板發送RF廣播通訊,驅動特定工具頭觸發工作

使用鋼筋鎖固頭進行改裝,與IOT系統板結合,利用IOT系統板接收通訊資料,觸發工具頭動作
